Led a dynamic team of professionals across India and the USA. Our efforts centered around the design and development of over 40 enterprise software products and a myriad of users - from IT Managers, Admins, Field Engineers, to Radiologists, Rad Technologists, Interventional Cardiologists Nurses and Cardiologists.
Led the transition of 6 businesses from a stand-alone product perspective to a cohesive, harmonised experience across offerings.
Led the integration of software applications into strategically aligned solutions beyond just the tech-stack and the design system.

Co-led the standardisation of definition, purpose, tools and governance of Care Pathways use in Philips
Established a methodology and templates for Care Pathway journey maps in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of functions across Philips (clinical expert, portfolio managers). This methodology and tools led to the creation of 5 pathways along 3 health domains (Cardiology, Respiratory Health and Neurology).
Established care pathway repository and website, as well as a contribution route for existing and future care pathways.
Established the positioning of Care Pathway development as a key strategic tool and step into Portfolio Management and Strategic Decision making.

Co-created the Designing for Modular and Configurable Solutions strategy, to enable Design and Development teams to establish a common Vocabulary, way of working and repository across the different businesses in the organisation.
Led the activation of the strategy within Philips Experience Design;
Co-led the implementation approach by interviewing stakeholders across businesses and functions, and running secondary research on how the industry is tackling similar challenges;
Led the activation and implementation strategy, establishing baseline KPIs and tracking progress mechanisms;
Creation of a business case around the strategy;
Led multiple pilots across teams around the implementation approach;
Led the training/integration program for our community on the topic.
Co-led and facilitated the Radiology Harmonization Strategy
Co-designed and facilitated a workshop for our Global Radiology Digital UX Leads to reach a common strategy around the digital harmonization of the Philips digital products
Co-led and facilitated the data collection from all leads, and consolidated it based on previously designed tools;
Facilitated the team towards common goals and practical next steps towards the harmonization process of the Radiology digital experience in Philips.

Led the UX / UI Harmonization strategy of the PerformanceBridge Application Suite (PBAS), a set of more than 20 applications spread across 3 platforms.
Established the Digital Inventory Approach to best understand the status of each application and the businesses & development teams responsible for it; This tool was later used globally for by the Design System team.
Create the personas (baseline) from PBAS (from instruction manuals, and interviews with business analysts) and mapped against their daily tasks and PBAS application supporting them.
Inventoried UI components across the 20 PBAS applications for comparison, and redundancy analysis against existing patterns in the Philips Design Language system
Inventoried UX features across the 20 PBAS applications for comparison and redundancy analysis,
Created a project roadmap and team way-of-working (Design,Development, Business Analysts) based on business priorities and conclusions from collected data.
Led the alignment and visualisation of one of the first solution propositions in Philips – Cathlab Management
Created a cross-business understanding of the proposed solution and the overarching customer experience by creating a single service blueprint and populating it with content in multiple sessions with business leads or representatives;
Designed the applications and the design system for PerformanceBridge (Core)
Created a UI Library to be used across a team of designers and developers globally located
Established a common way of working from requirements gathering, prototyping, testing and implementation and validation across our global team of designers, developers, product owners and business analysts

User Experience Designer - Design Systems
Philips Clinical Informatics
Brazil, 2014 - 2014
Created a use case for use of Business Objects as revamped architecture for the Philips Hospital Information System (Tasy EMR)
Research into Business Objects and its implications in the UX and UX scalability;
Prototyped the use of Business Objects in some of the most critical applications in the system
Inventoried more that 172 task flows of Tasy users to validate concept could scale (UX Moments)
Proposed Business Objects as a means into users having the power to configure some of their Uis for more control and sense of customisability.
Led the UX Research around next steps for the Philips EMR in Oncology
Task flow analysis of the applications, users, goals and daily tasks around the oncology practice of oncology customers (using Tasy) ;
Secondary research on exisiting oncology operational best practices around the industry leaders in Brazil and outside;
Clinically validated and prioritized scenarios.
Established the Design Principles, UX Patterns and digital design Heuristics for the HTML Migration of the Philips EMR (Tasy)
Together with a team of 6 designers, analysed more than 200 applications that comprised the Philips EMR to find UI patterns that could be used and redesigned;
Patterns validated with business analysts and development team safeguarded scalability and great improvements in Usability.
